At Arizona we believe in strong parent-school relationships. As such, we support these relationships through an equally strong SSC (School Site Council). The school site council is composed of a group of teachers, parents, classified employees, and students that work with the principal to develop, annually review, and update the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) including proposed expenditure of funds allocated to the school. The members of the site council are generally elected by their peers. For example, parents elect the parent representatives and teachers elect teachers.
