We are thrilled that you have decided to view our school's website in order to learn more about the amazing things happening at Arizona Middle School!  As you view our website, please click on the links below to get updates and information for the 2025-2026 School Year.

We are a community that believes in high expectations and equitable learning opportunities for all. Additionally, our Arizona community works together to create a learning environment that has high expectations, promotes students' academic and social development, teaches responsibility and pride, and supports our students in developing their abilities to be lifelong learners.

School Information:

  • Registration/Data Confirmation for the 25-26 School Year
    • Online Registration/Online Data Confirmation:  Starts on Friday, June 13th.

    • **All Registration/Data Confirmation will be completed Online.

    • **All Students Must Complete the Online Registration/Data Confirmation before students may view their 25-26 Class Schedule.

    • 7th Grade: Students Entering 7th Grade:
      • Before entering 7th grade, students must have received the Tdap or DTaP (whooping cough) vaccination after the age of 7. 
      • Proof of Tdap or DTaP vaccination is required in order for 7th grade students to register. 

 

*Registration: Current Alvord Unified Students:

  • Registration/Data Confirmation Instructions
  • **Begins Friday, June 13th
  • Login to the Aeries Parent Portal (Click Here for Aeries Parent Portal)
    • Sign-In with the Parents Email Address
    • Click on the “Student Info” Tab
    • Then Click “Data Confirmation”
    • Complete All 8 Steps (Only Takes 5 minutes)
      • Click “Confirm and Continue” after you complete each step
      • On Step 9 “Final Data Confirmation” Click “Finish and Submit”
  • If everything is complete, the screen will show “Thank you for confirming the student data in the system”.

Student Class Schedules:

Will be available to view in the Aeries Portal on Friday, July 25th.

**Must Complete the Online Registration/Data Confirmation before students may view their 25-26 Class Schedule.

 

 

1st Day of School for the 2025-2026 School Year is Wednesday, August 6th.

  • Campus Opens at 7:55am; Please do NOT drop-off your child before 7:45am.
  • Students eating breakfast will enter campus at 7:55am and proceed to the MPR for breakfast.
  • Staggered Release Times:
    • Regular Dismissal:       6th Grade: 2:54pm;    7th Grade: 2:57pm;     8th Grade: 3:00pm
    • Tuesday Dismissal:      6th Grade: 1:09pm;     7th Grade: 1:12pm;     8th Grade: 1:15pm               

 

 

School Supplies:

Issued to All Students on the 1st Day of School.

  • Chromebooks, Textbooks, Student Planners, & PE Clothes (if purchased)
    • Will be issued to All students on the 1st Day of School!
  • Supply List: Teachers will give students a Supply List on the 1st Day of School.
  • PE Clothes: $10 for PE Shirt & $10 for PE Shorts (Online Purchases Only)
    • Online Purchases Only:  PE Clothes will be available for purchase Online starting on July 11th.
    • Purchased PE Clothes will be handed out to students on the 3rd week of school.

  • Students Grades Preschool through 8th Grade:
    • May NOT use cell phones, smartphones, smart watches, or other mobile communication devices on campus.
    • Devices must be turned off and placed out of sight in students backpack during the school day.
    • Students may use phones located in the school office.

 

 

 

 

 

  • PE Clothes: Purchasing PE Clothes Online (Credit Card Only)

    • Students may purchase Arizona PE Clothes or wear Athletic Shirts/Short that match school colors.
    • To Purchase: Visit the Arizona Webstore - Click Here
      • Click on the PE Shirt or PE Shorts and enter in the required Student Name & information.
      • Once you purchase, print out a copy of the page showing your purchase for your records.
      • Students will be issued their PE Clothes during the 3rd Week of School.
        • Please do not worry about sizes, students will be given sizes to try on during the 3rd week of school.
    • *All PE Clothes Must be purchased online using a Credit Card. Cash will Not be accepted for PE Clothes.
