Registration for 2026-2027 Scoool Year

**All Registration/Data Confirmation will be completed Online.

**All Students Must Complete the Online Registration/Data Confirmation before students may view their 26-27 Class Schedule.

• Incoming 7^th Grade: Students Entering 7^th Grade:
  • Before entering 7^th grade, students must have received the Tdap or DTaP(whooping cough)vaccination after the age of 7
  • Proof of Tdap or DTaP vaccination is required in order for 7^th grade students to register. 

*Registration for Current Alvord Unified Students:

• Registration Begins Friday, June 12 (Only takes 5 minutes)
• Login to the Aeries Parent Portal (Click Here to Login to Aeries)
  • Sign-In with the Parents Email Address
  • Click on the “Student Info” Tab
  • Then Click “Data Confirmation”
  • Complete All 8 Steps (Only Takes 5 minutes)
    • Click “Confirm and Continue” after you complete each step
    • On Step 9 “Final Data Confirmation” Click “Finish and Submit”
  • If everything is complete, the screen will show “Thank you for confirming the student data in the system”.

*Registration for Students New to the Alvord Unified School District:

• Begins June 12^th

Arizona Middle School Information: 2026-2027

Student Class Schedules: Will be available to view in the Aeries Portal on Friday, July 31^st.

**Must Complete the Online Registration/Data Confirmation before students may view their 26-27 Class Schedule.

1^st Day of School for the 2026-2027 School Year is Monday, August 10^th.

Drop-Off / Pick-Up Reminders:

• For the safety of all students, please drive slowly & safely, and look in all directions for students when driving around Arizona Middle School

• Campus Supervisors are at the front of the school starting at 7:45am.
  • Please do NOT drop-off your child before 7:45am.

• Campus Opens at 7:55am & Students eating breakfast will enter campus and proceed to the MPR for breakfast.

• We recommend that students get picked up at Arizona Middle School.
• We do not recommend having your students walk to Starbucks or to the Ralphs Parking Lot to get picked up.

• Please be careful to not block driveways when waiting to pick-up your child.
• There is No parking and/or No waiting on La Sierra and No parking and/or No waiting in/near the neighborhood off La Sierra.
• Staggered Release Times:
  • Regular Dismissal:       6^th Grade: 2:54pm;           7^th Grade: 2:57pm;                    8^th Grade: 3:00pm
  • Tuesday Dismissal:      6^th Grade: 1:09pm;           7^th Grade: 1:12pm;                    8^th Grade: 1:15pm    

 

School Supplies: Issued to All Students on the 1^st Day of School.

• Chromebooks, Textbooks, & Student Planners: Will be issued to All students on the 1^st Day of School!
• Supply List: Teachers will give students a Supply List on the 1^st Day of School.
• PE Clothes: $13 for PE Shirt & $13 for PE Shorts
  • Online PE Clothes Purchases: PE Clothes will be available for purchase Online starting on July 27th.
  • In-Person PE Clothes Purchases: PE Clothes will be available for purchase in-person starting on August 3rd.
  • Instructions on how to purchase PE Clothes will be emailed to parents in July.
  • PE Clothes will be issued to students on the 3^rd Day of School.
